Job Title: German-Speaking Scuba Diving Instructor Employer: The Wave Diving Center Location: Sharm El-Sheikh, Red Sea, Egypt Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time About The Wave Diving Center The Wave Diving Center aims to provide high-quality diving services through professionalism, safety, personal attention, and excellent guest care. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented German-speaking Dive Instructor to join our team permanently. Job Responsibilities * Conduct scuba diving courses, introductory dives, and guided recreational dives in accordance with certification agency standards. * Communicate confidently with German-speaking guests and deliver clear, professional dive briefings. * Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests before, during, and after every dive. * Teach diving courses and supervise students within the limits of the instructor’s qualifications. * Guide certified divers at appropriate dive sites throughout the Red Sea. * Inspect, prepare, maintain, and organize diving equipment. * Follow all safety procedures, emergency plans, and operational standards. * Support daily diving activities, boat trips, guest arrangements, and equipment logistics. * Develop strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat bookings and positive recommendations. * Work collaboratively with the team and maintain the professional reputation of The Wave Diving Center. Requirements * Valid professional scuba diving instructor certification from a recognized agency, such as PADI * Excellent spoken German and the ability to explain diving procedures clearly and confidently. * Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. * Valid first-aid, CPR, and emergency-response qualifications as required by the relevant certification agency and local regulations. * Sound knowledge of diving safety, equipment, dive planning, and guest supervision. * Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and customer-service skills. * Previous experience as a dive instructor is preferred. * Legal eligibility to work in Egypt and willingness to commit to permanent employment.
