Job Title: French-Speaking Scuba Diving Instructor Employer: The Wave Diving Center Location: Sharm El-Sheikh, Red Sea, Egypt Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time About The Wave Diving Center The Wave Diving Center is committed to delivering professional, safe, enjoyable, and memorable diving experiences in the Red Sea. We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented French-speaking Dive Instructor to join our team on a permanent basis. Job Responsibilities * Conduct scuba diving courses, introductory dives, and guided recreational dives according to certification agency standards. * Communicate confidently with French-speaking guests and provide clear briefings before every dive. * Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all divers throughout their experience. * Teach diving courses and supervise students in accordance with the instructor’s qualifications. * Guide certified divers at suitable dive sites in the Red Sea. * Check, prepare, maintain, and organize diving equipment. * Follow all diving safety procedures, emergency plans, and applicable center policies. * Assist with daily diving operations, boat trips, guest coordination, and equipment preparation. * Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits and recommendations. * Represent The Wave Diving Center professionally and contribute to a friendly, organized team environment. Requirements * Valid professional scuba diving instructor certification from a recognized agency, such as PADI . * Excellent spoken French and the ability to explain diving procedures clearly. * Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. * Valid first-aid, CPR, and emergency-response qualifications as required by the relevant certification agency and local regulations. * Strong knowledge of diving safety, equipment, and dive planning. * A professional attitude, reliability, teamwork, and excellent guest-service skills. * Previous experience as a dive instructor is preferred. * Legal eligibility to work in Egypt and willingness to commit to permanent employment.
