Training E-booking services

Training E-booking services

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Egyptian Tourism Federation (ETF), and the CDWS are constantly working together to improve the quality of the training programs and the customer service for the diving and water sports professionals in Egypt.

This to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sector’s human resources, which will help Egypt to be a more competitive destination with other tourism destinations.

The CDWS is announcing the launch of a new training E-booking service for the diving and water sports sector through the CDWS platform, which will help save the time and efforts of the members and will provide them with an upgraded user experience.

The training programs provided by the CDWS help to:

  • Improve the skills of the sector's human resources through specialized training programs designed to develop the industry and improve the quality of service provided by diving and snorkeling operators.
  • Raise awareness of the best practices for implementing diving and water sports activities to preserve valuable natural resources, coral reefs, and marine life, which are essential to the diving and water sports industry.
  • Encourage sector employees to improve their customer service and ensure that they interact with tourists professionally and courteously, while also raising their environmental awareness to promote the Egyptian tourism destination in a positive light.
  • Some training programs are mandatory to obtain the CDWS card, which is required for professionals to work in the sector, such as onboard safari boats or as a technical manager for a facility.
  • Correct any misconceptions that might negatively affect the reputation of Egypt as a diving and water sports destination.

Advantages of using the E-booking services for the CDWS training courses:

  • Saving the effort and time of technical managers and professionals by having them book training courses for which they wish to register through their accounts on the CDWS portal efficiently and with ease.
  • Keeping pace with the rapid change in technology by using the best methods to improve the level of services provided by the CDWS to its members.
  • Increasing the capacity and efficiency of the CDWS administrative team responsible for managing and organizing training courses, as the time and effort expended on booking courses will be used to develop and improve the service provided to members.
