Within the framework of the state's digital transformation strategy and given the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities' efforts to support and facilitate the procedures for providing services to diving and water sports centers, and to enhance electronic transformation in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of performance and facilitating procedures in accordance with the governing regulations and rules.
Please be advised that, based on the letter received from the MOT&A regarding the suspension of paper-based transactions and procedures, and the restriction of providing and completing services and procedures solely through the digital system, effective from November 1, 2026.
