Dear CDWs members,
In light of the implementation of the state's digital transformation strategy and following the executive procedures for launching automated services of the General Administration of Diving and Water Sports Activities at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry, in cooperation with the CDWS, is organizing a specialized workshop to introduce the Ministry’s digital system, its operating mechanisms, and the activation of its services.
This will be as follows:
• Period: From June 16, 2026, to June 17, 2026.
• Time: 5:00 PM (punctual attendance is required).
The workshop includes a comprehensive overview of the system, an explanation of registration mechanisms and how to use the services, in addition to providing the necessary technical support for users. Kindly access the system through the following link: https://eservices.mota.gov.eg/MOTA/Welcome.aspx The CDWS invites the legal representatives of establishments, only the technical managers and the owners, and requires bringing a laptop, tablet, or any suitable electronic device to carry out hands-on practice during attendance.
In addition, please bring the following documents in PDF format:
• A copy of the lease contract (one file). In the case of branches, the lease contract for each branch must be submitted separately.
• A recent copy of the commercial register, issued no more than three months ago (one file).
• A copy of the tax card of the establishment.
• A copy of the data document including the activity code.
• A copy of the company's articles of association and all subsequent amendments.
• A copy of the national ID card of the partners and the legal representative of the establishment (front and back on one page), or a copy of the passport for foreigners.
• A copy of the valid power of attorney, if applicable.
• A copy of the foreigner's residence permit and a certificate of good conduct.
• A copy of the criminal record or the valid security clearance card (related to the database of tourism sector employees).
Please ensure that the documents are clear and contain all the required information, as they will be used for practical application during the workshop.
