The CDWS is pleased to invite you, in cooperation with the Egyptian Tourism Authority (ETA), to participate in one of the biggest diving and water sports events in 2027: the BOOT Show in Düsseldorf, Germany.
• Date: January 23–31, 2027
• Subscription Fee: €3,500
• Booking and subscription must be confirmed no later than June 2026.
Advantages you get by booking with the CDWS:
1- Paying in instalments: the CDWS facilitates for the members the possibility of paying the subscription fee in instalments over 6 months, with a down payment of €500 and the rest on instalments from June until December 2026.
2- Prime Location: A guaranteed prime location within the pavilion dedicated exclusively to diving activities, as all diving centers will be assembled in Hall 13.
Note: Early booking ensures you secure premium spots within the exhibition, as well as the possibility of benefiting from special discounts on hotel rates.

The subscription includes a comprehensive set of facilities to ensure your comfort and the best representation:
• Furniture: Tables, chairs, etc.
• Internet service: Unlimited internet connection for two users.
• Coffee break corner: Water cooler, hot and cold beverages, and light snacks available free of charge throughout the entire duration of the exhibition.
• Visual equipment: TV screen for each display platform.
• Decorations: Complete decorative setup for your stand.
• Entry permits: 2 free entry passes for two persons only. Additionally, the possibility to purchase extra entry passes at a special discount.
Visa support
The CDWS, in cooperation with the ETA, will provide the necessary support to obtain a German (Schengen) visa by offering an official invitation letter to assist you with the application process upon request.
Booking and subscription procedure

3. Booking and subscription must be confirmed no later than June 2026.
4. The full amount must be paid no later than December 2026. Stand locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
