As the CDWS constantly aim to have open channels of communication with tourists, members, and employees working in the sector, the chamber has assigned a committee responsible for receiving and handling the complaints, grievance, and suggestions shared with the CDWS.
The committee will be responsible to analyze the complaints, identify the current challenges facing the sector and find radical solutions for them.
Accordingly, the CDWS has developed a new complaint policy that ensures that it is easy and accessible for all the users to share their complaints and suggestions and to follow up on them.
Who is entitled to communicate with us:
The CDWS receives complaints, grievance requests, and suggestions from the tourists, members, and employees working in the sector, as long as the matter is within the CDWS’ authority and administration.
