The CDWS Policy for complaints, grievances, and suggestions

As the CDWS constantly aim to have open channels of communication with tourists, members, and employees working in the sector, the chamber has assigned a committee responsible for receiving and handling the complaints, grievance, and suggestions shared with the CDWS.

The committee will be responsible to analyze the complaints, identify the current challenges facing the sector and find radical solutions for them.
