  • Good at dealing with computers, modern technological devices, and Microsoft office programs.
  • Fast learner and able to memorize information during training.
  • Able to work in a structured environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Work independently and have the skill to answer all member's inquiries correctly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of customer service.
  • Fluency in written, spoken, and written Arabic and English languages.
  • University degree qualification.

Duties:

  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Has appropriate professional conduct.
