The second regional Open Forum meeting between members of the Chamber of Diving and Watersports (CDWS) and the board will be held at the Steingenberger Hotel in El Gouna on 31 May. The forum will follow the monthly board meeting and will be open to all CDWS members in the El Gouna region between 6 and 8pm. Members will be given the chance to ask the board questions directly and discuss national and local issues in the two-hour time slot.
The meetings will be held in a different region each month to enable the board to meet with members across all the major destinations in the country. Each will follow the general monthly meeting of the board.
The first regional Open Forum meeting on 26 April saw an impressive turnout of 19 people from 14 diving centres from Safaga and the surrounding area.
Regions expected to be covered in the coming months include Hurghada, Dahab and Sharm el Sheikh. Full details of which will be published in future CDWS newsletters.
