Dear members of the CDWS General Assembly,
It is required to provide the name of the facility’s legal representative who will be attending the General Assembly Meeting and participating in the voting in the electoral process to the CDWS maximum by Sunday, May 12, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
The legal representative of the facility -in accordance with Article 12 of the executive regulations- must be:
- The Chairman of the board of directors or the managing director of a financial company.
- Member of the board of directors who is a shareholder in a joint company.
- Shareholder in a limited company.
- A partner entrusted with the management of the company.
- The owner of the sole proprietorship.
- A responsible manager: If the establishment desires to delegate the responsible manager to attend the general assembly and the voting process, a power of attorney from the legal representative must be provided (Attached is the required form).

The original power of attorney must be submitted and presented at the general assembly meeting.
