Announcement #72 of 2023

26 November 2023

Dear CDWS members,
Attention to all technical managers,
As per the relevant laws and declarations signed by the technical managers, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data included in any Trip Notification issued by your facility.
The technical manager is held accountable for any forging or tampering with this information.
Accordingly, to avoid the facility’s license revocation, we urge all technical managers to thoroughly review and verify the accuracy of all data before submitting any Trip Notifications.
It is also important to mention that as per the Personal Data Protection Law, sharing your facility's CDWS username and password with unauthorized facilities/individuals is strictly prohibited. This practice has been observed recently by a few facilities sharing their login credentials with others in order to issue or sell a trip notification.
Those violations will lead to the cancellation of the license and legal actions of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the CDWS.
If you need to reset your facility's password, follow these steps:
-      Click on "Forget Password."
-      Enter the email address associated with your CDWS profile.
-      Open the confirmation email and click on the provided link.
-      Enter a new password.
-      Log in using your new password.
For technical or customer support, contact the CDWS through the chat service option available in the Technical Manager’s profile on the CDWS platform. For more information on how to use the chat, please visit the following link:
