Dear CDWS members,
To improve the efficiency and the quality of the service provided by the employees in the tourism sector and to avoid any practices that could negatively impact the tourism industry, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has issued the following instructions for the touristic facilities:
- Organizing training sessions for employees of touristic facilities on how to interact with guests in a professional and respectful manner. To raise awareness and eliminate improper practices such as harassment, which are illegal and punishable by law.
- Notify the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities of any changes to the facility, such as: (Changing the headquarters, termination of a lease agreement, modification or addition of activities, or any modification or transformation).
