Dear CDWS members,
We would like to remind you of the general instructions for obtaining services from the CDWS, which states that administrative services shall be provided only to the technical manager or the legal representative of the facility.
In case they are unable to attend to the CDWS office to receive any documents, cards, or finalize any service request, it is possible on this occasion to delegate a person to be authorized to contact the CDWS using the attached form.
The legal representative of the facility -only- can complete, stamp, and send the delegation form (on
[email protected] for South Sinai and Cairo, and
[email protected] for the Red Sea and Alexandria), using the form it is possible to delegate up to three contacts to represent the facility and have the necessary authorization to finalize all admin requests, deliver and receive documents, certificates, letters...etc.
