Dear CDWS members,
Both the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the CDWS emphasize the necessity of full compliance with safety and security instructions for all water sports activities, mandating that only licensed activities be conducted within their authorized zones. This is to ensure the safety of participants and employees and to protect the reputation of the tourist destination.
Any water sports activities—such as inflatable towables, water skiing, or parasailing—are strictly prohibited outside of technically inspected and designated areas in front of water sports centers. This measure is intended to prevent overlapping activities and guarantee tourist safety.
Any establishment that fails to implement these instructions will face maximum penalties and legal accountability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
We also remind you of the awareness videos concerning water sports, which highlight improper practices that could endanger participants:
Regards,
The Chamber of Diving and Water Sports
