Dear CDWS members,
The CDWS is pleased to announce the official launch of the Trip Notification Application starting on Saturday, July 15, 2023. As the trial period is coming to an end, fees will be applied on issuing a trip notification through the application.
The fees are as follows:
- 60 EGP per notification for the daily boats and shore trips.
- 60 EGP per day for the safari boats.
Payment methods for issuing the trips notification:
- Credit card.
- Fawry service.
- Pre-paid balance in the member’s electronic wallet on the CDWS platform. If there is no available balance, the member can pay with an indebted balance of up to 500 EGP, which can be paid later when the balance is settled in the wallet. (We recommend checking the wallet frequently to ensure that there is sufficient balance available before each trip.)
Important Instructions:
- The fees will be applied to all trips starting from the date mentioned above. Therefore, the fee for issuing a notification will be applied automatically. This includes trips created before that date and intended to start on or after the 15th. The fees for those trips will be added as an indebted balance in the facility's wallet until it is paid off.
- The trip notification fees are non-refundable.
- Fees could be paid after entering the data required to issue the trip notification, but before the printing step.
