Dear CDWS members,
It is important to adhere to the following instructions when registering the data of employees of the members of the CDWS in the tourism sector employees’ database system. This is to ensure the speed and accuracy of issuing the security cards and to avoid delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect data.
Please ensure that the employees listed in the establishment's account on the system are only the actual employees of the establishment, as the cards will be printed accordingly. Therefore, please verify the following:
1. Enter the employee's full name, matching the national ID.
2. Verify the national ID number entered for each employee.
3. Record the mother's full name, matching the birth certificate.
4. Ensure the registered address matches the address on the national ID.
5. Record the governorate and city within the address, matching the national ID.
6. Upload a recent personal photo (not older than six months) with passport photo specifications, meeting the following conditions:
o White background.
o Without sunglasses or a hat.
o High quality (265 x 265 pixels).
o Not wearing white clothes.
7. Attach a copy of the national ID card (front and back on one page).
Important Notes:
• In case of requesting a card for data modification, you must first unlink the employee from the establishment, then re-link them and enter the correct data.
• For holders of the CDWS’ security cards expiring on December 31, 2025, please note that all the mentioned modifications must be made within one week from the date of this announcement. Printing the cards for each establishment will begin for those who are already registered in the system without referring back to the establishment.
