Dear CDWS members,
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities of Egypt has approved several facilitations for granting tourist visas to attract more tourism to the country, which have been implemented since the 15th of April 2023, as follows:
1- Approving granting an entry visa to Chinese citizens at Egyptian airports, borders, and ports.
2- Facilities for granting visas to Turkish citizens.
3- Allowing tourist groups from the countries of Algeria and Morocco to enter the country with an entry visa, sponsored by tourism companies.
4- Facilities for granting visas to Iraqi citizens.
5- Approving to continue the facilitations that were previously granted in April 2022, in light of the positive results that were reflected in the increase in tourism.
6- The ministry is currently coordinating with the relevant authorities to announce the start date of the multiple-entry five years visa application.
