Please be advised that the
attached document must be completed and used in the process of requesting permits for trips as instructed by the South Sinai coast guard office as of Tuesday, the 1st of December 2020, with the following instructions:
• The document must be filled using a computer- as of the previously mentioned date, any document filed by hand shall not be accepted-.
• The requested permit shall not be accepted in case there is any missing information -the full names of Egyptians and Arabs must be provided in Arabic, while the name and surname of foreigners must be written in English-.
• The diving center (management) is fully responsible for providing valid and correct information, so please ensure to fill the form accurately.
