Dear South Sinai CDWS members, 
In coordination with the Tourism and Antiquities Police sector- the department of Tourism Safety and Security (South Sinai) regarding issuing the required permit requested by the CDWS members to accompany the touristic groups traveling to the cities of Dahab, Nuweiba, and Taba to carry on any diving activity.
Please be informed that as of Monday the 1st of February 2021, the CDWS members with a valid MOT&A license are required to follow the following procedures to obtain the previously mentioned permit from the Department of Tourism Safety and Security (South Sinai) office:
1- Submitting the attached form https://www.cdws.travel/info/terms-conditions/tourist-movement on daily basis to the CDWS between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm for the trips scheduled to take place on the following day. 
2- When filling the form, please ensure to use the email of the technical manager that is registered in the CDWS online portal, e-mail confirmation will be sent when receiving the form successfully.
Note: when submitting the data of the instructors, guides, and tourists choose the option of (save and add) to be able to add a new field.  
3- The CDWS will send an email to the technical manager with a link to submit the payment online after reviewing the application and ensuring all the data provided are accurate. (Attached are the Online Payment Instructions) https://cdws.travel/downloads/rulesAndRegulations/OnlinePayment.pdf 
4- After submitting the payment correctly, the CDWS will deliver the permit to the department of Tourism Safety and Security office of South Sinai for their review and security approval. 
5- The authorized permit could be delivered to the instructor, guide, or the driver registered on the provided submitted information, after providing a copy from the driver, the bus's license, and the work permit of the instructor/ guide in charge of the trip, the permit is delivered on daily basis between 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm, at the tourism police office located at the From Mall, 2 Zoo street, Hadaba, South Sinai.
6- Any permit that is not stamped or approved by the Tourism police or the CDWS shall not be considered valid, the CDWS and the tourism police department can reject the request of any establishment in case of not complying with the previous requirements. 
7- It is required on daily basis to contact the department of Tourism Safety and Security (South Sinai) between 10:00 pm -11:00 pm on the same day of submitting the request on the following phone number:069/ 3664720 to inquire about the security forces that might accompany the group during the trip, prior to the trip taking place on the day after. 
8- The original document of the permit must be kept during the round trip to be provided to the authorities in case requested. 
9- This does not replace the permit issued by the coast guard office that is required to carry on any activity in the sea according to the location of the activity.
