Reference to announcement #17 of 2021, regarding the vaccination program for tourism sector employees
https://conta.cc/3sQnMkoTo ensure that all the necessary preventive measures are followed and applied in the sector, and to limit the spread of the COVID-19, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the relevant entities have stated their intentions to run inspections to ensure that the touristic facilities are committing to implement the previously announced COVID-19 precautionary measures and to ensure that all the employees have received their vaccination or started the application process to obtain the reservation code.
Any establishment that violates those instructions will be subject to penalties that could reach being shut down.
Therefore, we would like to encourage all the CDWS members to urge all their employees to register on the following website, please note that this is MANDATORY.
After registering and obtaining the reservation code, please complete the registration form with the following information: the facility and employee information, the reservation code, and the preferred location to receive the vaccine for each employee, whether close to their place of residence or work location.
Complete the attached excel sheet with all the required information
Then, the excel sheet must be sent to the following emails: (please note that any other format, that does not excel shall not be accepted):

Please ensure to include both e-mail addresses, this way the CDWS will follow up on the requests of the members, to ensure you are receiving the vaccination as soon as possible.
