We are currently seeking a certified PADI Snorkeling Guide or Snorkeling Instructor to lead high-quality, safe, and engaging snorkeling tours as part of our growing team. What We Offer: - Full-time employment with social insurance and a competitive salary - Attractive sales commissions - Ongoing capacity building and professional development - A supportive, mission-driven work environment Key Responsibilities - Conduct snorkeling briefings and lead guided in-water tours - Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants - Educate guests on marine life and responsible snorkeling practices - Maintain and manage snorkeling equipment - Assist with daily operations and logistics - Support public outreach and eco-awareness activities - Assist with office operations and administrative tasks as needed Requirements - PADI Snorkeling Guide or PADI Instructor (renewed/active status) - Valid First Aid/CPR and Emergency Oxygen Provider certifications - Must own professional snorkeling equipment - Excellent swimming and snorkeling ability - Familiarity with local laws and environmental regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for marine conservation and education - Must be a current resident of Marsa Alam City - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently ⚠ Please note: Accommodation and meals are not provided. ⚠ Applications that does not meet the entry requirement will not be contacted.
