About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for proper problem assessment and effective problem-solving. The role involves handling member inquiries accurately and efficiently while demonstrating strong communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and select appropriate solutions for problem resolution.
  • Possess skills in managing social media.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer use, modern technological devices, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Quickly learn and retain information during training.
  • Work effectively in a structured environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours.
  • Provide accurate answers to all member inquiries.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • A university degree.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a professional demeanor.
