About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for proper problem assessment and effective problem-solving. The role involves handling member inquiries accurately and efficiently while demonstrating strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and select appropriate solutions for problem resolution.
- Possess skills in managing social media.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer use, modern technological devices, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Quickly learn and retain information during training.
- Work effectively in a structured environment.
- Exhibit flexibility in working hours.
- Provide accurate answers to all member inquiries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- A university degree.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a professional demeanor.
