Egypt's newly established Chamber of Diving and Watersports (CDWS) says improving safety and protecting the marine environment are its main priorities, as it aims to ensure the entire industry meets European Underwater Federation (EUF) standards.

A brand new area promoting dive centres in the Egyptian Red Sea will be making its debut at this year’s Dive Show at the NEC in Birmingham, UK, on 1 and 2 November.

The Chamber of Diving and Watersports (CDWS) is a dedicated body under the umbrella of the Egyptian Tourist Federation committed to all diving and watersport activities which take place throughout Egypt’s coastal waters.
