Kindly find attached the letter received from the Egyptian Tourism Federation regarding Ministerial decree no. 306 of 2021 determining a minimum rate per night per person in hotels establishments subject to law no. 1 of 1973 (Attached). 

The decree states the following:

5 stars hotels charge $50 or equivalent.

4 stars hotels charge $40 or equivalent.

3 stars hotels charge $30 or equivalent.

2 stars hotels charge $20 or equivalent.

1-star hotel to charge $10 or equivalent.

The decree is applicable starting the 1st of May 2022 in all Egyptian governorates Except the following governorates where the decree will be applicable starting the 1st of November 2022: Luxor – Aswan – New valley – Taba – Nuweiba.
